Good afternoon,
Today we upgraded our Power BI Report Server to v1.22.9137.4867 (Jan 2025). I have some users with Browser permissions sating the file button is missing on the ribbon in Report Server. I see there is anew PBI Report Server patch to address a permissions issue which is version 1.22.9153.7886 (Jan 2025). Does anyone know if this patch addresses the missing File button for those with Browser permissions?

The Power BI Report Server patch version 1.22.9153.7886 (January 2025) addresses a specific permissions issue related to the 'EnableCustomURLInKPI' property. According to the Microsoft Power BI Report Server change log, this patch:
However, there is no explicit mention in the change log that this patch resolves the issue of the missing "File" button for users with Browser permissions. Given that the patch addresses a different permissions problem, it's uncertain whether it will fix the missing "File" button issue.
