We have a published report which contains a matrix visualization. The rows control now contains three fields; when initially published it contained two. The third row field is a calculated concatenation field which had not been created at initial publication.
Via the URL that end-users use, the first row expansion (displaying field two) works fine and has always worked. Field two values show an expand/collapse icon, indicating that the report knows there is a third field to expose. However, when the expand/collapse icon is clicked no new fields/rows are exposed even though the status of the expand/collapse icon changes.
I have refreshed the report and its associated semantic model. I have cleared the browser cache.
In Power BI desktop everything works as designed.
