Matrix visual not displayed in IE11 - March Release

We have a user still using IE 11 for who the Matrix visual does not load following the upgrade to the March release of PBIRS. Anyone else seen this?

 

Ctrl+F5 doesnt help.

 

The IE console in developer tools shows "SCRIPTS: Access is denied. File: VisualResourceLoader.htm, Line: 1, Column: 1"
