Manage Rules

Hi I am trying to apply a simple rule in Power BI. in "Manage Rules" function in "Row Level Secuirty"

 

I want to see a data for particular months only. I have "Order" table i have date from 01 jan 15 to 15 sep 15. i want to see data for lest say March and April. can you please advise how can i apply "Manage Rules" or DAX function.
