I work at a small organisation in which roughly 10 users share 2 log ins.
Everything was manageable, we were conscious of bookmarks, limited teams usability, and so on, but since yesterday MFA was activated, and now all of these 10 users need an authenticator app, and to make matters worse, they use the users interchangeably, so they would have to potentially manage 2 codes at the same time.
Although I have MFA disabled in the admin settings, it is still coming up.
Is there a way to disable MFA, going back to what it was a week ago?
Thanks!

Hey,
No need to get excited, I can see it was my bad since we are not using an on prem report server, but the cloud report server. The naming was a bit confusing to me, specially on small orgs where you juggle multiple systems.
Just to clarify, users are going to 'https://app.powerbi.com/' and using mostly the app to consume the reports.
Would you say that the right forum is the "Service" one?

The service is the correct forum for questions related to app.powerbi.com but note that sharing logins is a violation of the terms of service for that. Each individual accessing the service should have their own login.
But if you only have 10 users how are you justifying the USD $5k per month cost of the on-prem Report Server!
Hi d_gosbell,
thanks for your reply, I associated it with report server, since power user just log into the server for consumption and they stumbled on this mfa.
Would you be so kind to point out what the right forum should be and how to move the post to the correct forum?
thanks,
Report Server does not use AAD or have anything to do with enabling MFA so this is not the right place to ask this question.
