The Administrator (who purchased our SQL Server software licenses) is no longer with the company.
We have no way to recover their email, or even be sure which person bought the server license.
We have multiple Enterprise Edition SQL Server 2019 licenses that all pass checks for being "live" and properly licensed.
Microsoft will admit to no way to identify the key without someone logging in to an admin console.
Microsoft will allow no contact to support to remedy this situation without knowing which admin/contract covers the answering of this question.
No one in this organization has access through their login console to any information about our legally purchased Microsoft Server software.
We're stuck.
Any ideas on how to get the keys from the Enterprise Edition of our software so I can install Power BI Report Server on prem?

Hi v-echaithra,
There is no usable product key in the registry. The product code is not a usable string for a product key.
Thanks for trying
Hi @whyoiuywqeroi12,
If you didn't clean the registry and back it up before, there may still be a product key left.
As an example, i have attatched an image here. And look for key value ProductCode.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if you'd like to discuss this further. If this answers your question, please Accept it as a solution and give it a 'Kudos' so others can find it easily.
Thank you.
