Local Server Powerbi with PowerBI Cloud Analysis Services Data Source

Hello,

We have a powerbi file that we uploaded/published to local server.  It works on the cloud but not on the local server.

It has to do with Authentication to Analysis services connection type and string.  Anyone else face this? whats the string they used to connect to PowerBI.com Cloud and access the data local server report?

Connection Type:  Data Source=pbiazure://api.powerbi.com; .....

Fails to connect Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: uriString

Your organization must have specific security infrastructure in place for this option to work. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/security/configure-windows-authentication-on...  )

If you check the list of supported data sources for the on-prem report server
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/data-sources
You will see that the Power BI Service is not a supported data source.

If your data is hosted on PowerBI.com you should publish any reports using that data there also.
