Link outlook with PowerBI - have 20 individual reports dashboard with rag status and threshold

I need helping linking outlook email with PowerBI and having a dashboard to view over 20 in reports I receive every day via email.

I would like to have a dashboard TV and set a threshold and rag status for each report I receive, (up to 4 times a day), finally, I would like to automate replies once the threshold is reached. (with Microsoft flow)

I have requested for a demo from PowerBI on multiple occasions, although I have had no reply from them.
