January 2025 Issue: Cannot upload rdl

Hi Community and @Petebro

After updating our Test server with the January 2025 version, the BI developers can no longer upload their rdl. They have assigned Browser and Content Manager roles. Power BI starts showing the spinning circle, saying it is loading until it shows the fail message.

The log file shows, "The permissions granted to user 'mydomain\username' are insufficient for performing this operation.;"

Any idea what the issue could be?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
