Jan 2019 Report server unreachable
I just updated the Power BI software in client & Server: - Desktop (D) is now Version: 2.65.5313.1381 64-bit (December 2018) - Desktop for Report Server (DRS) is now Version: 2.65.5313.1421 64-bit ...
Any resolution to this? I'm getting the same exact entries in the Portal log.
We checked everything, equipment, software versions, network connections, virus. Nothing worked. We decided to try a fresh install, and it worked. We uninstalled PBIRS, and the gateway. Reinstall everything (PBIRS in a new DB) and it worked. Did not find the root cause for this.
