Issues with Vertica Scheduled refresh

Greetings,

I connected one of my dashboards to a Vertica DB using the import connection mode. Didn't had any problems with that, so I published the dashboard and when I tried to set a scheduled refreshed, this error appeared:

I thought it had something to do with the ODBC connector so I installed the Vertica driver and set it up using this guide:

But havent got any luck with it. Does anyone has an idea of why this could be happening?
