I have been unable to resolve this issue on my own, despite attempting various troubleshooting steps. Here is a brief description of the problem and the steps I have taken:
Description:
I am trying to load data from a MySQL database into Power BI. However, during the data loading process, I consistently encounter the aforementioned error. This error prevents me from successfully importing the data into Power BI and analyzing it.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
1. Checked the database connection: I have verified that the connection details (server address, port, username, password) are correct and that I can successfully connect to the MySQL database using these credentials outside of Power BI.
Given the persisting issue and my unsuccessful attempts to resolve it, I kindly request your assistance in identifying the cause of the error and finding a solution. The provided error codes and IDs should help in investigating the issue more effectively.
If any additional information or diagnostic data is required, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your support in resolving this issue.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Razak
