Issue: Power BI RS September 2023 Paginated Report's full-screen

Hello Everyone,

I would like to inform you about an issue observed in the Paginated Report's full-screen mode. This problem seems to be occurring across all browsers. Your valuable insights and assistance regarding the source and resolution of this issue are highly important to me.

Thank you for reporting the issue. 

We try to replicate the behavior, but can not do it so far, could you please share more details about your system?  

 

What is your browser version? 

What is your operating system version? 

Do you have any high-color contrast theme applied in windows settings? 

Does the issue happen on different machines or only one specific mahine?

What is your browser version? 
> Microsoft Edge (Version: 117.0.2045.55)
> Google Chrome (Version: 117.0.5938.150)

What is your operating system version? 
> Power BI Report Server Windows Server 2019
> Users Windows 10 Pro (22H2)

Do you have any high-color contrast theme applied in windows settings? 
> There is no high contrast color theme available.

Does the issue happen on different machines or only one specific mahine?

> The problem exists in all users we have tested.

Couple of more questions:

- do you have similar problem when you press F11 while viewing a report? 

- do you have any scaling / zoom settings applied in the client machine?

The answers are as follows.

- do you have similar problem when you press F11 while viewing a report?
 > No, there is no issue. Look at the Screenshot1. However, when I press the Full Screen button, this problem occurs.

- do you have any scaling / zoom settings applied in the client machine?
 > No, there are no settings applied.

So we were not able to reproduce it locally to invesitgate.
