The issue was automatically resolved when upgrading Power BI Report Server Version: 1.18.8668.33514(build 15.0.1113.162) to Version: 1.18.8683.7488(build 15.0.1113.165).

What is your browser version?
What is your operating system version?
Do you have any high-color contrast theme applied in windows settings?
Does the issue happen on different machines or only one specific mahine?

> Users Windows 10 Pro (22H2)

> There is no high contrast color theme available.
Does the issue happen on different machines or only one specific mahine?
> The problem exists in all users we have tested.

- do you have any scaling / zoom settings applied in the client machine?

> No, there is no issue. Look at the Screenshot1. However, when I press the Full Screen button, this problem occurs.
