Is splitting output over multiple lines possible?

Hi.

Per store per month, I have two KPI's. The requirement is that those 2 kpis are on separate lines like the screenshot.  I have not been able to get this done. Is it possible in the first place in Power BI report Builder?

Yes, this is possible in Report Builder.

If you start by creating a matrix with multiple measures

You can then right click on one of the measure cells and choose to insert a new row inside the group

You can then move the cell from the right to the new row underneath and when you run the report you get output like the following
