Is it possible to create a completely different home page for Report Server?

My new boss doesn't like the look of the Report Server Home Page.  Wants more of a Left side menu look, but not quite the List view.  Something where you could move up and down a list on the left, and see what reports are availalbe within a box on the right.

Any thoughts about how to even think about making this happen?  I have no idea where to even start.

The default portal is built on top of the public REST APIs Develop with the REST APIs for Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Learn So you could build your own version of the portal that looked and behaved however you liked. But you would need web development skills and it would be a lot of work. It would also require ongoing effort as you would have to continuosly update it as new functionality gets released.
