Is it compulsory to setup Report Server to use Power BI Premium Capacity?

I have confusion about following things.

 

I have published around 50 reports in Power BI Online. I have created 5 workspaces.

Now using Power BI Pro License I am able to perform schedule refresh 8 times in a day. I want to extend this feture by converting my Power BI Pro License to Power BI Premium.

 

I read few articles related Power BI Premium.But still I have following questions.

 

  • If I move forward to Power BI Premium , is it compulsory to install on-premise Report Server ?
  • If I will not install report server , Can I use or explore all the features provided by Premium License ?

Please correct me if I am wrong.
