Is "the power bi report server" enterprise ready on premises?

Hi,

I’m going to use Power BI Report server on premises, but I have couple questions about if this server is enterprise ready and will not disappoint me.

My organization like any organization have departments and each department have users (managers and employee).

Q1: I want to create reports/dashboards for each department, managers will have their executive dashboard which must be ease to access other users can’t see thier dashboards and reports , some report and dashboards can be seen by deferent managers but some visuals must not be seen by other manager.

So , I’m think to have landing page based on user role users can see the reports and dashboards that have access to, and organizing the dashboards and reports in folder structure.

Is this possible to be achieved in Power BI report server?

Q2: can I reuse visuals between dashboards and reports?

Q3: what is the supported type of authentication in Power BI rather than windows authentication? Can we use form authentication?

Q4: As admin , can I manage permission to control who will have access to  create reports/dashboards, visuals , folder …etc?
