The latested PBIRS release version is : 

Version:1.19.8779.19175 (build 15.0.1114.33), Released: January 26, 2024

And the Power BI Desktop (optimized for Power BI Report Server) version is: 

Version: 2.124.1960.0 (January 2024), Released: January 26, 2024

Please upgrade your PBIRS.
