Integration power bi report server with Dynamics 365 （On-Premise）

The application versions we used are: Power BI Report Server (On-Premises), Dynamics 365 (On-Premises);  

We need to connect Power BI to Dynamics 365 data to generate business reports and release them to Dynamics 365 users. However, we had trouble configuring the integration of Power BI and Dynamics 365 and were unable to proceed with the configuration.  

We hope to get an accurate reply：  

 In the above requirements, can Dynamics 365 users adapt their Dynamics 365 data permissions when using Power BI reports?  

If the answer is yes, how to do it?
