Incremental load failure

Not sure this is the right area for this, please let me know. I was curious about data load errors when performing an incremental load. For instance, if you are doing daily loads, and it fails over the weekend, on monday after its fixed it will be missing saturday and subdays load, right? Do you have to reset it up again or is there something else you can do?

Thanks

Have a look at the partitions in your data source query. Usually you have up to a full month worth of daily partitions before they are being automatically consolidated into a monthly partition etc.  Check the last refresh date for each partition.  You can initiate selective refresh in case you missed any updates.

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean like selective rebuild a partition in SSMS?

Thanks again

THanks
