Image alignment issues when clubbed together with Text

I aligned the image between the text as shown in the 1st image below in PBI Desktop. But it is moving forward and changing its alignment when I uploaded it to the Report server. 

Not sure if this is a known issue or is there any work around other than positioning the image backward.

Both desktop and report server are Sep 2023 version.

Create two seperate text boxes then insert image there is no "clean" method in relying on the report server to "reimage" the publication within the text box object.

Power BI gives no rendering guarantee. If you want pixel perfect rendering you need to use paginated reports.
