If Computer Name is changed the Power BI Report Server becomes non responsive
If the computer name is changed the Power BI Reporting Server keeps the old name as a part of the configuration causing the Power BI Report Server to become non responsive

Hi MagicMads,
Please try to repair the Power BI report server, you can download the installer file then repair it.
Also you can go to Report Server Configuration Manager, configure web service URL and web portal URL use the new server name. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/install-windows/configure-a-url-ssrs-configuration-manager
