Dear,
I am making multiple reports in power BI using an Excel in the cloud. However at one point instead of having one connection, it made a connection to the cloud and some sort of gateway, even though I referred to the same excel in the same location. The issue with this is that it caused the option to schedule a refresh to dissappear. What happened and how can I solve it so it works as before.
Secondly, I will have to transfer these power BI files and connections to another account, since I referred to the excel using the link to the cloud and the other account has access to the same cloud, will this go smoothly?
Thank you! Kind Regards. Screenshots below!
Instead of a web connection consider using the SharePoint Folder connection. It is easier to maintain and allows combination of multiple files in a folder (for example)
