i am trying to write the following DAX formula but cannot see the wood for thr trees...

Completed = IF('Feb 18 Data'[Project Color]="Blue","100%",if('Feb 18 Data'[Project Color]<>"Blue",'Feb 18 Data'[Column],BLANK()))
