I overwrite my report, can I get previous version back

Hi

I accidentially overwrote my report on powerbi report server and want to get the earlier version back how can I do that please?

Unfortunately there is no way to get back an older version of a report that was published to the server, we only keep the latest one. Do you have a copy of it on disk somewhere?

I had the same problem. Open one drive, search the document, click on the three dots right to the name, open version history, there you can find the version of the desktop file. I was able to achieve inside one drive, web version, not the folder of one drive in your computer files. This solution only applies if you have OneDrive.

I've had this same thought as well.

 

There is an idea to improve this.
