I just able to see the tooltip of the first graph in each report page

Hi,

I'm just able to see the tooltip of the first graph on each page in my report in the web browser while all appear fine in the desktop version.

First graph tooltip:

All other graphs:

Hi @MohannadSh1996 ,

I can't reproduce your issue. And my RS version is 1.10.7698.27886 (January 2021) and the corresponding Desktop version is 2.88.1382.0 64-bit (January 2021). Could you update to this version and test it again?

In addition, are your RS and Desktop for RS the same release?

Reference: Download Microsoft Power BI Report Server - January 2021 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Best Regards,

Icey

My Desktop version is 2.86.727.0 64-bit, but how to know the PBI service version? and how for this versions mismatching affect the tooltips?

I see the service version the following version:
Service version13.0.15694.39
Client version2103.3.05300-train

Not sure which one represents the version.

Hi @MohannadSh1996 ,

So, you are using Power BI Service not Power BI Report Server.

My Power BI Service version is 13.0.15639.20 and visual header tooltip works well.

Best Regards,

Icey
