How we can connect PBRS to reactjs ?

I am using a power Bi - Desktop and with i create a report which i save these report to my report server.
Now with the help of Report server in power Bi i want to embeded my power Bi report to
the web portal locally with out using any licensing (cost involved) is it possible to do these.
if it is possible kindly guide a way to do these with power bi report server.

how i can publish these report to web portal using embeded services of power bi to upload these data to web portal

You can click the New or Upload , and you will embed the report to the Web Portal.

And you have published the report to the web portal.

Firstly , you create a data in power bi desktop:

And then , you should save this report as power BI report Server:

This way you can view your published reports in the web portal

No licence is required as the whole process is implemented locally and no cloud services are required
