How to pin My format bar to right hand side Coner as usual view

Now my format setting available with the added charts, but i want it to pin right side as usual view, please refer the attached issue i occured, that menu only available with the chat location.

You have turned on the new "On Object" preview feature. If you go into Options and Preview Features and turn that off then restart Power BI Desktop the formatting will go back the to right pane
