How to nest table in a table

We are trying to create a sharable data glossary within our org. One of our questions is to present the glossary in a pre-defined format. I wonder if we can create a nested table in another table in PBI.

You cannot build nested layouts like that with Power BI Desktop (at least not with the default visuals). But you could build a paginated report with that sort of nested table layout
