How to install SSL Certificate to Power BI Report Server running on Azure VM?

I have Power BI Report Server running on Azure VM. I have public ip thus I can access to Report Server by dns name via internet using port 80. Now I wish to have SSL for secure connection. I can see that Web Server/IIS is not turned on on VM.

 

Where to install SSL? Is there place in Azure Portal? If not where to install inside VM? Is there anybody who have done this?
