How to hyperlink to a specific page in a PBIX?

We are rolling out Power BI Report Server Jan 2019 on-prem. Our report developers have created PBIX files with 20+ pages. Is there a way to link DIRECTLY from a web page to a specific page in a PBIX file?

 

This was easily done with Excel like below, but I can't find an equivalent in Power BI.
