Hi @rkottap
Do you need to merge PDF/PPT files exported from paginated reports with different slicer values into one file? If so, please refer to the following test:
PPT:
After you export a paginated report to PPT,
1. Open a new PowerPoint.
2. Select New Slide in the Insert menu.
3. Choose “Slides from Outline...”
Replace the option with “All Files”.
4. Select the PPT file you want to merge, and then select “Open”.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have added all the required PPT files.
Output:
PDF:
You can choose to convert the merged PPT to PDF or use third-party software to merge PDF into a single file.

Hi Yulia,
Thank you for your reesponse.
My reqyuirement is to export the report view with single click or automatically.
my challenge is to export the Slicer values manually, slicer will have more than 20 values and it will change every day.
i'm looking to export all the slicer values automatically to improve efficiency & save time.
Hello @rkottap ,
Choose slicer layout to a list or tile. Adjust length and height to show all values and try to export again. It should solve your issue.
Did I answer your query ? Mark this as solution if this helps. Appreciate your Kudos 🙂
Cheers
Hi @rkottap
Thank you for your further explanation.
In order to help you better, I need to confirm your requirement with you again.
Are you using paginated reports? Do you need
1. Select all slicer values and then export the paginated report?
2. Or display the slicer in the exported file?
3. Or export the single value and merge the files?
If it is the first requirement, please refer to the following link, which shows how to configure all selection for a parameter and how to filter the report based on the selected parameter value. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask me.

If it is the second requirement, based on my test, I am afraid it is not possible at present. But I think your idea makes sense and you can submit an idea for it at: Home (microsoft.com) and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible. Hopefully this will be possible in a future release.

Yulia Xu
