Data source kind: Exchange . Data source path: abc@mailbox.com. Permission kind:'redirect'' is there any configuration required to connect report server to on-prem Exchange servers? any service account or permission required for this connection? Do we have any workarounds for this as on today?

Unfortunately Microsoft Exchange is one of the data sources listed here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/data-sources that does not currently support Scheduled Refresh. I'm sorry, but I'm not aware of any work arounds for this.

Hi d_gosbell, thanks for your reply. if the Exchange is listed as data source, is there any configuration needed on report server to use this data source? sorry I am new to Power BI report server, I mean how to configure Exchange as any possible data source (non-schedule refresh)?

As far as I am aware the only option with Exchange is to manuallyrefresh using Power BI Desktop and re-upload/save the pbix file
