Do we have any workarounds for this as on today?

Unfortunately Microsoft Exchange is one of the data sources listed here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/data-sources that does not currently support Scheduled Refresh. I'm sorry, but I'm not aware of any work arounds for this.

Hi d_gosbell, thanks for your reply. if the Exchange is listed as data source, is there any configuration needed on report server to use this data source? sorry I am new to Power BI report server, I mean how to configure Exchange as any possible data source (non-schedule refresh)?

As far as I am aware the only option with Exchange is to manuallyrefresh using Power BI Desktop and re-upload/save the pbix file

Thank you d_gosbell for these information.
