How to apply a Visibility based on a text value on tabl through a Parameter on power report builder?

How can we add a visibility of a tablix column based on a text value passed through a parameter.

I am using the below statement but it is showing wrong sring input error every time.

=IIf(InStr(Parameters!ReportParameter1.Value,"Train")="Train", FALSE,TRUE)

Yes. Any object - text or labels - can be controlled by a yes/no visibility parameter.
