How does one backup Power BI Report Server?

Is Power BI Report Server 100% database-driven?  If so, would it be correct to assume that a Power BI Report Server enivornment could be restored after a disaster from a backup of its database? (rebuild the server and then repoint it to the restored copy of the database)  Thanks.

As well as backing up the database, you want to backup the encryption key within Report Server Configuration Manager.
