How do I remove Web server with status 'Waiting to join'?

Hi,

 

We are running PBIRS 15.0.1102.371 in Native Mode. We have two web servers joined to the Scale-out farm, and we have a third one with a status of 'Waiting to Join'. I believe the intent was to join third one at some point, but I don't believe that it ever was added.

 

The third server exists, but I believe it has been powered off for more than 1 year. Can I safely delete the row that represents that server in the Keys table? Are there any other related tables that would also need to be cleaned up?

 

There is also the option of trying to add that server to the farm via the UI, then immediately removing it, but I am not sure how that would turn out, gvien that the server is powered off.
