How can I send Email for Power BI Report in Report Server?

Hi,

I want to send an email that includes a Link for Power BI Report every morning, just like what we do in Power BI Service, but PBIRS doesn't seem to be able to set up mail subscriptions for Power BI Report, it only works for Paginated report.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi, @KrisCC ,

PBIRS does not provide the subscription function for Power BI reports. However, we still have a way to realize e-mail subscriptions by creating a stored procedure in the report server database, then set up e-mail subscription in SQL Server Agent. You can also refer to my article, which has detailed steps on this.
