How Can I give a new user access to view a Report Server

Hello,

I have a new user in my Organization who is having problem accessing Our report server.

He gets this error when he clicks on the Url. As an Administrator how can I give the new user access?

Hello, @mjsystemss ,I am glad to help you.

You can enter the name of this user in the PBRS web portal. As I tested, you need to enter the full username including the domain name

-I clicked on folder manager on the portal

-Add a group

-added the user name

-selected a group

-clicked ok.
