History of the parameterized report

I would like to know, how will i save the Histroy of a parametarised report.

Basically, I wan to save copy of the report , each time a user runs it.

Its parameterized report, So each time when the user runs, the parameters will be provided.

As per my understanding, the history snapshot will save only non parametarised report on schedule.

Thank you

Sobha

Hi @Sobha ,

Thank you for connecting with the Microsoft Fabric community.

As Power BI doesn’t have built-in options for history snapshots of parameterized reports, a good solution is to automate report exports using Power Automate. You can save these exported reports in SharePoint, OneDrive, or a Fabric Lakehouse. This way, every report execution is stored for future access.

With Power Automate, you can set it up to automatically export the report each time a user runs it. The exported file can include timestamps and parameter details and can be saved directly to SharePoint, OneDrive, or Fabric Lakehouse for easy tracking and reference.

Helpful Reference:

Export and email a report with Power Automate - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Save a paginated report to OneDrive for work or school or SharePoint Online - Power BI | Microsoft L...

And if my answer was helpful, I'd really appreciate a 'Kudos'.
