Help with building abnormal PSA Follow up report--PLEASE

PSACheck - Power BI Report Server (va.gov)

 

I transferred from Southern Nevada  in Visn 21 to West Texas in Visn 17 and have been disheartened to discover how limited we are with access to data. I am attempting to duplicate some of the processes from my old site and need assistance in building a PSA Follow Up report. I have attached the link to the VASNHS. How would I go about having this developed for West Texas? Thank you.
