Help for an UnexpectedError when installing PBI Report Server : Burn engine encountered error.

Hi experts:

    I have met a strange issue when intalling  PBI Report Server in Windows2016 x64  as bellow:  it says Microsoft Power BI Report Server: Something went wrong, please find details in setuplogs.

then I found the detail in the log as bellow:

  I don't know what make this issue happen  ,need your help ,thx.
