When viewing the reports in Power BI Service in Full Screen mode, the Go Back button on bottom left does not work. Please fix this quickly so navigation is easier.
Hi @v-henryk-mstf , sorry for the late reply. This issue has not been resolved for me yet. My understanding is that while navigating through multiple pages in a report, when I click on 'Go Back'/Back arrow I should go back to my previously viewed page. However these back buttons are unresponsive, when I click on them I see a message flash for a second saying 'Waiting for wabi-india-central-a-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net' and then nothing happens. When I click on the Go Back button repeatedly, I land on my workspace.
Hi @Anonymous ,
According to my test results, the bottom button functions as it should. Refer to the screenshot below and the official documentation for details.
You need to click on the scalar arrow icon instead of "go back"
For more details, you can read below document:
Focus mode and full screen mode - how to zoom in to see more detail - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi,
I hope you are well.
Still does not work.
I have a tile in a dashboard that is connected to a report.
This report has 5 pages.
If I go through all these pages and then I click go back I need 7 clicks so as to go back into the dashboard tile again.
So if I am at page 5 then the issue is that with any click go-back, the page does not change, it remains the same (page 5) till the 7th click that jumps to the tile dashboard.
Hence, the user does not know what to do, or where this is located.
I hope that makes sense.
Could you please help with that?
Thanks,
CK
