Getting error while sign in to on-premises gateway

I was configuring the on premises gateway very long ago. It was working till yesterday.

But, today i am getting the below error.

Even, i am not able to configure for new account.

what could be the problem....?

pls. give the proper solution and this is very very urgent..all the power bi reports got failed to refresh due to this.
