Gateway with database

Hello, at the company where I work, we are facing the following issue: The gateway is online and seems to be functioning, but when we try to make the connection, it says "The gateway or data sources are not accessible." I can open Power BI Desktop and update normally, but this issue occurs in the Power BI service. What can I do?

Hi @wagms10 ,

Since you are refreshing well on top of desktop but failing to refresh on top of service, you can either try reconnecting to the data source or reconfigure the gateway to make sure that the server and database details of the gatewayonline and the data source match the local data gateway with the gateway specified in Power BI Desktop.
