We have a SQL Server which has a development db and a production db with one User ID servicing both databases. We've set up a Gateway connection while developing. We're now ready to move our visual to use the production db. In the Gateway, it appears we have to create a new Gateway connection to connect to the production db. Is that the correct process, a new connection per database? Even though the user id can "see" across multiple databases on the same server?
