Gateway com banco de dados

Olá, na empresa em qual trabalho estamos como seguinte problema: O gateway está online e aparenta estar funcionando, porém quando vamos fazer a ligação, está dizendo que "O gateway ou origens de dados não estão acessíveis", abro o power bi desktop e consigo atualizar normalmente, mas no fabric acontece isso, o que posso fazer?

Since you are refreshing well on top of desktop but failing to refresh on top of service, you can either try reconnecting to the data source or reconfigure the gateway to make sure that the server and database details of the gatewayonline and the data source match the local data gateway with the gateway specified in Power BI Desktop.

Make sure the connection string matches EXACTLY between desktop and gateway, including letter case.  The gateway will not be visible if there is a mismatch.
