GCC Power BI App Search Bar Bug

Hello, I am encountering what I believe to be a bug on my power bi app in app.powerbigov.us. The search bar isn't clickable on some of my apps, and if it is clickable, the search doesn't work correctly. Has anyone else encountered this in the gcc environment?

Hey @hollytrojan,

Based on your GCC Power BI search bar issue, here are the key steps I'd recommend:

Quick Fixes to Try First:

  • Clear browser cache/cookies for app.powerbigov.us
  • Test in a different browser (Edge works best with GCC)
  • Try incognito/private browsing mode

If Those Don't Work:

  • Check if it's slicer-specific - enable search on text columns through the slicer ellipsis menu
  • Test the same reports in commercial Power BI (if you have access) to confirm it's GCC-specific
  • Try accessing from a different device/network

For Persistent Issues:

  • Open a Microsoft support ticket - mention it's GCC environment specifically
  • Post in the Power BI Community forums with "GCC" in the title
  • Check Microsoft's known issues page for any recent acknowledgments

I've seen similar UI bugs pop up after recent Power BI updates, and GCC sometimes gets these issues more frequently.
The fact that it's happening across multiple apps suggests it's likely a platform issue rather than report-specific.
