Hi There!
After publishing a report it shows up all black, while desktop shows all the colors. Even when i try to change the color in the service, it didn't seem to work unforuntately.
Did anyone encounter this issue before?
Note: Works fine in firefox - but not in IE/Edge
I've got the same issue with Funnel visuals in Edge & IE, but not Chrome or PBI Desktop.
It woud be great if Power BI worked in the Microsoft browsers!
Hi @Anonymous ,
you can try to use the dev version of the edge, this should be working :). -> https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/

Thanks for the advice @KBO!
Unfortunately the user demographic that is affected by this a bit older and would like to use IE/Edge. As all our applications are pushed out through IT, I am not allowed to download the dev edge version either.
Is there an explanation as to why this happened, as it worked fine until yesterday? Maybe this will persuade them do use a new browser.
Hi @Anonymous ,
sounds like a browser thing. It is right that the IE or Edge sometimes have problems to show things as the are in Power BI Service and also in Power BI on premises.
Use Chrome or Firefox these are the prefered browser 🙂 (for me)
Best,
Kathrin
