Hi,
I use Report builder to export to PDF and send to user, when user use Excel to load this PDF (Data - Get Data - From File - From PDF, the font does not show correctly. Data type in SQL is nvarchar font in Report Builder is Arial (the text is in Vietnamese - Unicode)
Text in Report builder (and PDF):

Text loaded in Excel:

Does the data in your database use the fonts shown in the screenshot below?
You need to remove the change type, as shown in the following figure:
Additionally, you need to install the Vietnamese language on your computer:
Here are my tests:
After I installed Vietnamese, I created some sample text in my database:
Then export to PDF from Report Builder:
Afterwards you should be able to load it correctly from Excel:

You can try using an Excel-supported font in Report Builder, such as Times New Roman or Arial Unicode MS. Arial Unicode MS is a font that contains a large number of Unicode characters, which makes it more suitable for working with multilingual text.
In addition, you may consider using third-party software specifically designed to convert PDF files, these tools may have better character encoding support.

I used Arial/ Times New Roman in Report Builder. I tried to read exported PDF with Python the font still error.

You need to set up your generic font in Report builder as shown in the image below:
Then export to PDF:
Get the data from this PDF in excel:
In the Power Query window that appears, format each column by your user's locale:
