Font in email subscription is different then in dashboard

I have a report published to my workspace in a certain font, Effra.  I set up a subscription to have a page emailed to me daily.  When the email is recieved, the font has changed, Times New Roman I believe.   Has anyone else experienced this and is this just a bug or is there a fix?  Thank you.

no the font does not seem to be installed on the report server.  I am brininging it in with a json file.

that's not how fonts work.  Get ahold of the TTF and install it on the machine running Report Server.

i do not believe it is installed on my report server.  the IT contacts I have do not seem to know any route to solve this.

I am bringing it in with a json file as the theme.  how can i add this to the report server?

Install the font on the Report Server machine the same way you installed it on your PC.

Are you certain that that font is actually installed on your report server?
